Fee Schedule as of January 1, 2024:

30 minutes: $75 ($66.37 + HST) *

45 minutes: $90 ($79.65 + HST) *

60 minutes: $110 ($97.35 + HST) *

75 minutes: $137.5 ($121.68 + HST) *

90 minutes: $165 ($146.02 + HST) *

* Direct billing for Medavie Blue Cross plan holders is subject to a $10.00 inc. HST administration fee. To avoid this fee, Medavie Blue Cross insured members are encouraged to provide payment upfront and submit the claim themselves. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment completion times for clients arriving late will remain as scheduled and may not be extended to accommodate for the delayed start.

No shows & late cancellations (cancellations made the day of the scheduled start time) will be charged 50% of the treatment cost for their first no show/late cancellation and then 100% of the treatment cost for subsequent no show/late cancellation. A credit card number may also be required to be kept on file for repeated no shows/late cancellations.

A reminder email is sent 24 hours prior to the appointment.
